I am trying to put together an event where my sister and I can come back to Toronto to share our story with youth. We have come so far in so short of time, coming from a life of drugs and crime to living right working, graduating school and much more. I am inspired to share my story to those who have no hope. If you can lead me in the right direction on how or where to make this happen I would be very greatful. Sincerely Gina Teabo (289-320-9667) Please call me.

10 to 15 (multi-exercise movement)- rest 90 seconds. One has to
wonder how Kenya's fitness DVD has become such a huge hit in Japan. Vegetables and fruits are excellent sources of vitamins,
minerals, and antioxidants.
